What’s New in 2023?

2023 Open Enrollment begins October 17 and ends November 4, 2022, at 9 p.m. Pacific Time.

2023 Employee Costs per Pay Period

Employee premium rates for our medical plans are increasing for 2023. There are no changes to the premium rates for dental and vision plans in 2023.

Save More in Your HSA 

The IRS limit for contributing to a Health Savings Account (HSA) will increase to $3,850 ($200 more than 2022) for individuals and $7,750 ($450 more than 2022) for families. Keep in mind that this maximum amount includes the Synopsys HSA employer contribution for the HS Standard and Premium plans, and employees 55 and older may contribute an additional $1,000.

2022 FSA Funds Roll Over Through 2023

If you have some money left over in your Health Care Flexible Spending Account at the end of 2022, you can use it until February 28, 2023. Plan accordingly when you make your new FSA elections.
