What You Need To Know

Whether you’re looking for motivation to move your body, a helping hand with your mental health, or ways to give your budget a boost, you can count on Synopsys benefits to support your total wellbeing. The Synopsys Wellbeing program contributes to your wellbeing by rewarding you for participating in health-related challenges. 

About the Synopsys Wellbeing Program

Needing some incentive to do the things that nurture your body, like engaging in physical activities and getting your annual screenings? The Synopsys Wellbeing program encourages you to improve your wellbeing and live a healthier lifestyle. By participating in wellbeing challenges and activities, you earn points — and rewards.

How to Earn Rewards

The Synopsys Wellbeing program features three reward levels. As you collect more points, you advance to higher levels and receive bigger rewards.

Level 1: Sprout (500 Points)

Reward: 500 Celebrating You points (employee), Level 1 Badge (spouse or domestic partner)

How to earn your first 500 points: To reach Level 1 and earn rewards in Levels 2 and 3, you must complete a Wellbeing Assessment — an online questionnaire that helps establish a baseline view of your overall health — to earn 250 points, and you can participate in wellness challenges to earn another 250 points.

The deadline to complete wellbeing activities to receive the Level 1 rewards is December 7, 2025.

Level 2: Grow (1,000 Points)

Reward: 1,000 Celebrating You points (employee), Level 2 Badge (spouse or domestic partner)

The deadline to complete wellbeing activities to receive the Level 2 rewards is December 7, 2025.

Level 3: Thrive (2,000 Points)

Reward: If you complete Level 3 during the reward period of January 2, 2025, through September 30, 2025, you get a Synopsys medical credit toward your 2026 medical contributions:

  • $10 per paycheck or $260 a year if just one person (you or your spouse/domestic partner) completes the activities
  • ‌$20 per paycheck or $520 a year if both you and your covered spouse/domestic partner complete the activities
  • ‌1,500 Celebrating You points in February 2026 if you waive Synopsys coverage for 2026

The deadline to complete wellbeing activities to receive the 2026 medical contribution credit or Celebrating You points is September 30, 2025. (Note: Each participant must have their own separate account to earn rewards.)
 

Complete a Biometric Screening (250 points)

You can also earn 250 points by completing a biometric screening, although Synopsys won’t be hosting onsite biometric screenings until further notice. You and your spouse or domestic partner can complete your biometric screenings by:

  1. Ordering a home test kit and mailing the kit back no later than November 24, 2025. After your kit is received and processed, your results and points will be automatically uploaded to your account.
  2. Making an appointment with your primary physician for your biometric screening between November 30, 2024, and December 1, 2025. At your appointment, have your health provider complete the Physician Screening Form. You or your health provider’s office must submit the signed form via one of two secure methods by December 1, 2025: Use the Upload Form button on the eHealthScreenings dashboard, OR use the eHealthScreenings fax number provided on the form. Keep a copy of the successful transmission for your records. Once submitted, your results and points will be automatically uploaded to your account within five to seven business days.
  3. Going to an offsite lab location near you no later than December 1, 2025. Your results and points will be automatically uploaded to your account within five to seven business days.

To activate your account, go to Synopsys Wellbeing and select Sign Up. Once you’ve registered, download the Limeade ONE app.

Spouse or Domestic Partner Registration

Your spouse or domestic partner can create their own Synopsys Wellbeing account. Keep in mind that:

  • Your spouse or domestic partner must be entered as a dependent in Benefitsolver before their account can be created. Once you enter them in Benefitsolver, they should allow five to 10 business days before trying to register with Designed for Wellbeing.
  • When creating a user ID, your spouse or domestic partner should use your employee number (a six-digit number starting with a zero) followed by “s” (for spouse) and your spouse’s or domestic partner’s first name as it’s listed in Benefitsolver. Use either all capital letters or all lowercase letters, all without spaces or hyphens (example: 012345SJANE or 012345sjane).
  • If you or your spouse or domestic partner has issues registering, contact Limeade.
