It’s not too late to set new financial goals for 2025. Here are a few ideas to help get you started:
- Make the most of your 401(k) and new company match. As of February 1, 2025, Synopsys now matches 100% of the first 6% you contribute to the Synopsys 401(k) Plan, up to a maximum of $7,500 per year! Log in to Fidelity to make sure you’re contributing at least 6% and taking full advantage of the company match.
- Earn rewards for improving your wellbeing. If you haven't already, start earning 2025 points by working toward your health and financial wellness goals. The Synopsys Wellbeing program rewards you for participating in health-related challenges, including those related to your financial health. Here are some program changes that took effect January 2, 2025:
- Different plan year: January–December
- New rewards: Celebrating You points and badges instead of gift cards
- Changes to when you receive your medical contribution credit: At Level 3 instead of Level 1

Celebrate Black History Month
