Medical & Rx Coverage

Synopsys, as part of your Total Rewards Program, provides you with the opportunity to create a healthcare package that meets the needs of you and your family. You choose which dependents you want to cover for medical, dental, and/or vision coverage.

Your medical plan options include:

  • The Synopsys Health Savings (HS) Basic Plan
  • The Synopsys Health Savings (HS) Standard Plan
  • The Synopsys Health Savings (HS) Premium Plan
  • The Kaiser Permanente Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) – California and Oregon

Each medical option also includes prescription drug coverage. The medical plan comparison chart shows a snapshot of how the medical plans work.

For details about each of the medical plan options, see the documents and links provided at the bottom of the page.
